Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information Customify Tee collects, why, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. The site is operated by ELSEN FULFILLMENT LLC, a Montana limited liability company, trading as Customify Tee.
We sell to customers across the United States, so this policy is written to meet the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and the comparable laws now in force in Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana and other states. Wherever a right below is described, we extend it to every U.S. customer regardless of which state you live in. It is simpler for everyone, including us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we have not sold it in the preceding twelve months. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not collect sensitive personal information as that term is defined under the CPRA, and we do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, precise geolocation, biometric data, or information about your health, race, religion, sexual orientation or union membership.
2. Where the information comes from
Almost all of it comes directly from you: what you type at checkout, what you write in an email, what you ask us to print. The rest is collected automatically by the site as you browse, and a small amount comes from our payment processor when it tells us whether a payment succeeded.
3. Who we share it with, and why
- Our print provider (Printify and the print facility fulfilling your item). They receive your name, shipping address and what you ordered, because they physically make and ship it. Printify operates internationally, so this data may be processed outside the United States.
- Shipping carriers. Name, address and phone number, so the parcel can be delivered.
- Our payment processor. They handle the card details directly; we receive only the outcome and the last four digits.
- Hosting, security and analytics providers, who process technical data on our behalf under contract.
- Legal disclosures. If we are required by law, subpoena or court order, or need to protect our rights or someone's safety.
- A business transfer. If the business is sold or merged, customer records may transfer as part of it. You would be notified.
Every service provider above is contractually limited to using your information only to perform the service we hired them for.
4. International data transfers
We are based in the United States and our customers are in the United States, but our print provider network and some technical providers operate outside it. Where your information is processed abroad, it is done under contractual terms requiring protection equivalent to what is described in this policy.
5. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work — keeping your cart contents, remembering you are logged in, and protecting checkout against fraud. These cannot be switched off without breaking the store.
We also use a small amount of analytics to understand which pages get used. We do not run advertising pixels that build a profile of you across other websites.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies will stop the cart and checkout from functioning.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser or extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it automatically as a valid request to opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal information. You do not need to do anything else, and we do not require you to create an account to have that signal respected.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you, where we got it, why we have it, and who we disclosed it to.
- Access a copy of it in a portable format.
- Correct anything inaccurate.
- Delete it, subject to the exceptions below.
- Opt out of any sale or sharing. We do not sell or share, so there is nothing to opt out of, but the mechanism exists at Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.
- Limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect any.
- Non-discrimination. Exercising any of these rights will never get you a worse price, a slower service, or a refused order.
How to exercise them
Email support@customifytee.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and tell us what you want. We will confirm within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 calendar days. If we genuinely need longer we will tell you why and take up to 45 more.
We will not ask you to send us a copy of your ID. We verify you by matching the details you give us against what is already in the order record — typically the email address the order was placed with. Asking for a government ID to prove identity would mean collecting more sensitive data than the request itself involves.
An authorized agent may act for you with written permission that we can verify.
Right to appeal
If we decline your request, we will tell you why in writing. You may appeal by replying to that email with "Appeal" in the subject line. A different person will review it and respond within 45 days. If we deny the appeal, you may contact your state Attorney General.
Why we might refuse a deletion request
We may keep information needed to complete a transaction you asked for, to comply with tax and accounting law, to detect fraud, or to exercise a legal claim. If we refuse in part, we will tell you which part and why.
7. Children
We sell adult-sized apparel, drinkware and wall art only. The site is intended for adults and only an adult can place an order. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, and we have no features directed at children.
If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, email support@customifytee.com and we will delete it.
8. Marketing email
We only send marketing email to people who ask for it. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe, and we honor it within 10 business days as required by CAN-SPAM. Transactional email — order confirmations, shipping notices, replies to your questions — is not marketing and continues regardless.
We do not send marketing text messages.
9. Security
The site runs over HTTPS with TLS encryption. Card details are entered into and processed by third-party payment providers that maintain PCI DSS compliance; they never pass through our servers and we never store them. Access to order data is limited to people who need it to do their job.
No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise. If a breach affects your personal information we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
10. Changes
If we change this policy materially we will update the effective date at the top and, where the law requires it, notify you directly.
