Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

The short answer: we do not sell your personal information, and we never have. This page exists so the mechanism is there anyway, and so you can confirm the position for yourself.

Our position

ELSEN FULFILLMENT LLC, trading as Customify Tee, does not sell personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months. We do not run advertising pixels that build a profile of you across other websites.

We do disclose personal information to service providers who need it to do a job for us — the print facility that makes your item, the carrier that delivers it, the processor that takes payment. Under California law that is a service-provider disclosure, not a sale. Each is contractually restricted to using your data only for the service we hired them for.

Three ways to opt out

1. Global Privacy Control

If your browser or a browser extension sends a GPC signal, we detect and honor it automatically. Nothing further is needed from you, and we do not require an account for it to be respected.

2. Cookie settings

You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time. Note that necessary cookies keep your cart and checkout working, so blocking those will break the store.

3. Email us

Send a request to support@customifytee.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share". Include the email address you used for any order so we can locate your record.

What happens next

We confirm receipt within 10 business days and complete the request within 15 business days. We will not ask you for a copy of your ID. We verify you by matching the details you provide against the order record.

An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission we can verify.

Non-discrimination

Exercising this right will never result in a different price, a lower level of service, a slower reply, or a refused order. That is both our policy and the law.

Right to appeal

If we decline a request we will explain why in writing. Reply with "Appeal" in the subject line and a different person will review it and respond within 45 days. If the appeal is denied you may contact your state Attorney General.
