Three things that decide whether a Halloween shirt gets worn again next year

Printed when you order it
Nothing sits in a warehouse fading under fluorescent light. Your shirt is pressed after you buy it, which is also why it takes 2–7 business days before it ships.

Sizes you can check first
The size guide gives chest width and body length in inches, measured flat. Between sizes is the most common reason a Halloween shirt gets returned, so measure a shirt you already own and compare before you order.

Wrong size? Send it back
30 days, no restocking fee, returned to our U.S. address in Texas. If a print comes out wrong we replace it and you keep the first one.

The blank matters more than the design
A great graphic on a stiff, boxy shirt still ends up in the donation bag by November. We print on retail-fit garments and list the specs so you can compare them to a shirt you already own and like.

Short answers
Will it get here before Halloween?
Two separate clocks. Production takes 2–7 business days, then U.S. transit takes 2–5 business days — so 4–12 business days door to door, and the slow end is the one to plan around. Order by October 13 and you are comfortable for the 31st. We would rather quote you the honest range than a delivery date we do not control.
Do the shirts run big or small?
They run true to a modern retail fit, which is slimmer than a classic boxy tee. The size guide gives chest width and body length in inches, measured flat — measure a shirt you already like on a table and compare. If you are between two sizes and want it roomy, size up.
What happens if the print is off-centre or cracks?
Send a photo to support@customifytee.com and we reprint it at no cost. You do not need to ship the flawed one back. This covers misprints, misalignment and damage in transit.
Can I return it just because I changed my mind?
Yes — 30 days from delivery, unworn and unwashed, no restocking fee. You cover the return shipping on a change-of-mind return.
Where does it ship from?
Orders are printed to order by our print partner and delivered to U.S. addresses, and returns go to our U.S. address in Texas. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
