A few honest limits on what we can promise. None of this reduces a right you hold under the law of your state.
Color on screen
Monitors and phone screens are calibrated differently and no two render a color identically. The shade you receive may differ slightly from what you saw. This is a limitation of screens, not a defect.
Measurement tolerance
Garment measurements are taken flat and carry a normal manufacturing tolerance of roughly half an inch. Direct-to-garment print placement carries a similar tolerance. An item within tolerance is correctly made. An item with a visibly crooked, cut-off or cracked print is a defect — see Refund & Returns.
Apparel care and safety
Wash cold, inside out, tumble dry low. Do not iron directly on a print. Printed apparel is ordinary clothing and is not protective equipment or flame-resistant clothing. Like most cotton and cotton-blend apparel, it will burn if exposed to flame — keep it away from candles, jack-o’-lanterns with real flames, fire pits and cooking surfaces. This is worth saying out loud on a Halloween store.
Costumes and visibility
Our items are apparel, not costumes with safety certification. If you are out after dark on Halloween night, add reflective tape or carry a light. Dark clothing at dusk is hard for drivers to see.
Sizing and who our clothing is for
We sell adult sizes only, XS through 5XL. We do not make youth or children’s sizes, and our garments are not tested or labeled as children’s products. See our Product Safety page for the standards that apply to the range we actually sell, and keep plastic packaging away from infants and small children.
Ceramics and drinkware
Mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. Contents heated in a microwave get hot and so does the mug — handle with care. Do not use a chipped or cracked mug.
Canvas and poster wall art
Prints are decorative and are supplied unframed unless the listing says otherwise. Hang them with hardware rated for the weight. Keep them off damp walls and away from direct heat, and keep them out of long hours of direct sunlight — like any print, the inks will fade over years of hard light.

Any customer review we publish is a genuine review from a verified purchaser. Individual experience varies, and one person’s fit is not a guarantee of yours — the size chart is a better guide than a review.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so parts of this may not apply to you and you may have additional rights.
