Custom jerseys
What can I put on my jersey?
A name on the back, a number (up to two digits) on the back and front, and on most jerseys an optional team name on the front. Use the "Preview your name" button on the product page to see your lettering on that exact jersey before you order.
Why are names printed in capital letters?
We print in a classic block team font, and that font only has capital letters, just like real team jerseys. Whatever you type is printed in capitals, exactly as you see it in the preview.
Can you print a pro team, league or player name or logo?
No. We print your own name, nickname, number and your own team name. We do not print league names, professional team names, player names or any logos, and we will cancel and refund an order that asks for them.
Can I order a set for my team or family?
Yes. Add each jersey to the cart with its own name, number and size, and check out once. One order is produced together. Separate orders are produced separately and can arrive days apart.
Can I get a different color?
Yes. Write the jersey color you want in Colors / Notes when you order. Photos show sample colors, and we match the number colors to your jersey unless you tell us yours.
I made a typo in my name. Can I fix it?
Email us within 24 hours of ordering, before production starts, and we will correct it. Once your jersey is in production the lettering cannot be changed, because it has already been printed for you.
Shipping and delivery
When will my order arrive?
There are two separate clocks. Processing takes 7–10 business days because your item is printed after you order it. Shipping within the United States then takes 8–12 business days. Door to door that is 15–22 business days, and the far end of that range is the one to plan around. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
What is the last day to order for Christmas?
November 23. That leaves the full 22 business days at the slow end before Christmas Eve, with a day to spare. Order later and it may well still arrive, but we will not promise a date that depends on a carrier we do not control.
How much is shipping?
Free on orders of $65 or more. Below that it is a flat $5.95 per order, not per item. The threshold is calculated on the subtotal before tax and after any discount.
Where do you ship?
Street addresses in all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to APO or FPO addresses. Orders to a PO Box may be delayed or returned by the carrier, so give us a street address if you can.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
No. We ship domestically within the United States, so there are no customs charges, duties or brokerage fees on any order. If anyone ever contacts you demanding a fee to release a Customify Tee parcel, do not pay it. Forward the message to support@customifytee.com.
My tracking number shows nothing.
Give it 24–48 hours. That is how long it takes for the first carrier scan to appear after a label is created. A quiet tracking number on day one is normal.
Part of my order arrived and part did not.
Items in a single order are sometimes produced at different facilities and ship separately, arriving days apart. Give the rest a few more days before assuming something went missing.
Sizing and fit
How do I pick the right size?
Do not measure your body. Take a jersey or shirt from your closet that fits the way you want this one to fit, lay it flat, and measure the chest from armpit to armpit and the length from the top of the shoulder to the hem. Match those two numbers to the chart on the product page or on our Size Guide. Between two sizes, go up for relaxed and down for fitted.
How do the jerseys fit?
Football and hockey jerseys have a classic, roomy athletic fit, and hockey jerseys are cut long in the sleeve to go over pads or a hoodie. Basketball and baseball jerseys run closer to your regular t-shirt size. Each product page has its own measured chart.
What sizes do you carry?
Custom jerseys come in S to 5XL. T-shirts come in S to 2XL, crewneck sweatshirts in S to 5XL, and hoodies in XS to 5XL.
I am still not sure which size to get.
Email us the two measurements from your own jersey or shirt and we will tell you which size we would send. We would much rather answer that question than process a return.
Products and printing
Will the print crack or peel?
Not if you wash it cold, inside out, and tumble dry low or hang dry. Heat is what kills prints, so never iron directly on the lettering or the design. If a print cracks, peels or fades in a way that is clearly not normal wear, tell us. That is a defect and we will replace it.
The color looks different from the photo.
Screens are calibrated differently and no two show a shade identically. A small difference between screen and garment is a limitation of displays. A clearly wrong color is a defect, so email us a photo and we will make it right.
Returns and problems
Something arrived wrong. What do I do?
Misprints, a wrong name or number compared with what you ordered, damage or the wrong item: email support@customifytee.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will send a free replacement or refund you, and you do not need to ship anything back.
Can I return something that fits wrong?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is unworn and unwashed. Email us first for a return authorization. You pay the return shipping, and there is no restocking fee. The full details are in our Refund policy.
Can I cancel my order?
Email us within 24 hours of ordering and we will cancel it for a full refund, provided production has not started. Once an item is in production it cannot be cancelled, because it has already been made for you specifically.
