FAQs

The questions people actually email us, answered properly. If yours is not here, write to support@customifytee.com and we will reply within 24 business hours.

Shipping and delivery

When will my order arrive?

There are two separate clocks. Production takes 2–7 business days because your item is printed after you order it, and nothing exists before that. Transit within the United States then takes 2–5 business days. Door to door that is 4–12 business days, and the far end of that range is the one to plan around. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

What is the last day to order for Halloween?

October 13. That leaves the full 12 business days at the slow end before October 31, with two days to spare. Order later and it may well still arrive, but we will not promise a date that depends on a carrier we do not control.

How much is shipping?

Free on orders of $65 or more. Below that it is a flat $5.95 per order, not per item. The threshold is calculated on the subtotal before tax and after any discount.

Where do you ship?

Street addresses in all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to APO or FPO addresses. Orders to a PO Box may be delayed or returned by the carrier, so give us a street address if you can.

Will I pay customs or import duties?

No. We ship domestically within the United States, so there are no customs charges, duties or brokerage fees on any order. If anyone ever contacts you demanding a fee to release a Customify Tee parcel, do not pay it — forward the message to support@customifytee.com.

My tracking number shows nothing.

Give it 24–48 hours. That is how long it takes for the first carrier scan to appear after a label is created. A quiet tracking number on day one is normal.

Part of my order arrived and part did not.

Items in a single order are sometimes produced at different facilities and ship separately, arriving days apart. Give the rest a few more days before assuming something went missing.

Sizing and fit

Do your shirts run big or small?

They run true to a modern retail fit, which is slimmer through the body than a classic boxy tee. If you usually wear a heavyweight workwear shirt, go one size up.

How do I pick the right size?

Do not measure your body. Take a shirt from your closet that fits the way you want this one to fit, lay it flat, and measure the chest from armpit to armpit and the length from the shoulder seam to the hem. Match those two numbers to the size guide. Between two sizes, go up for relaxed and down for fitted.

Can I get a matching set for the whole family?

Yes, and size each person independently. Matching sets look best when every shirt fits its wearer, not when everyone orders the same size. Order the whole set in one transaction so it is produced together — separate orders are produced separately and can arrive days apart.

I am still not sure which size to get.

Email us the two measurements from your own shirt and we will tell you which size we would send. We would much rather answer that question than process a return.

Products and printing

How are the items printed?

Direct-to-garment printing, where the ink is applied into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it as a separate plastic layer. It stays soft and it moves with the shirt.

Will the print crack or peel?

Not if you wash it cold, inside out, and tumble dry low. Heat is what kills prints. Never iron directly on the design. If a print cracks or fades in a way that is clearly not normal wear, tell us — that is a defect and we will replace it.

The color looks different from the photo.

Screens are calibrated differently and no two show a shade identically. A small difference between screen and garment is a limitation of displays. A wildly wrong color is a defect — send us a photo.

Is the print exactly centered?

Direct-to-garment printing carries a normal placement tolerance of about half an inch. Within that, the item is correctly made. Visibly crooked or cut off is a defect and we will replace it.

Returns and problems

My item arrived misprinted or damaged.

Email support@customifytee.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. In most cases we send a replacement and tell you to keep or donate the flawed one — there is no sense shipping a defective shirt across the country. You pay nothing: no return shipping, no restocking fee.

Can I return something because I changed my mind?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery, the item must be unworn, unwashed and tagged, and there is no restocking fee. You cover the return shipping on a change-of-mind return, and the original shipping charge is not refunded. Email us first for a return authorization — do not ship anything back before you hear from us.

Do I return items to China?

No. Returns go to our U.S. facility at 602 Fountain Parkway, Suite B, Grand Prairie, TX 75050.

How long does a refund take?

We process it within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Your bank then takes a further 3–10 business days to post it. That second stretch is out of our hands.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Email us within 24 hours and we will cancel it for a full refund, as long as production has not started. Once an item is in production it cannot be cancelled or changed, because it has already been made for you. We also cannot change a shipping address after production begins — please check it carefully at checkout.

Payment and the company

What will show up on my card statement?

CUSTOMIFYTEE. Our registered legal entity is ELSEN FULFILLMENT LLC, so some issuers may display that name instead. Both are us. If a charge looks unfamiliar, email us before filing a dispute — we can usually identify it the same day.

Is my card information safe?

Card details go directly to third-party payment providers that maintain PCI DSS compliance. They never pass through our servers and we never store them. We see only the card type, the last four digits, and whether the payment went through.

Do you charge sales tax?

Any sales tax we are required to collect is calculated at checkout and shown in your order total before you pay. You will never see a tax amount appear after you have submitted payment.

Who are you, exactly?

Customify Tee is operated by ELSEN FULFILLMENT LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Montana. Our registered office is 1001 S Main St, Ste 600, Kalispell, MT 59901. Returns go to our Texas facility, not to the Kalispell address — there is nobody there to receive merchandise.

Can I call you?

No, and we would rather say so plainly than publish a number nobody is sitting at. Support runs on email only: support@customifytee.com, answered within 24 business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Email also means whoever picks up your message can see your order, your photos and everything already said in one place, so nothing gets lost between a call and a follow-up.
